I have eyes for fashion and jewelry designs. I understand it's common for certain time periods to have trends of the latest styles but even the people at this banquet were dressed better than Seraphina.
I hate the green hair villainess but whoever made that dress... I would like to take a sword to their neck because that is god awful. The color is bad on her, the bow on her cleavage area gots to go, the straps need to go, too much jewelry piece attached to the neckline/bust area, the choker is a bit gaudy, a simpler necklace would have done better.
