I feel bad for the white hair grand duke. Not only was his childhood friend a bitch, stealing his work and shit, she stole his innocence (assuming he was still a virgin while crushing hard for Sophia) to produce a child and trick the cyclops into thinking that child is his. That explains why he was so adamant that child wasn't his, he knew he can't have fucking kids. And the fact the grand dude's genes were basically like "this is a huge fuck you to Sophia, lets give her the defining traits of this family."
If our Mabel had her hair and eyes, it would be plausible if she did manage to solve the infertility problem. But noooo, the Grand Duke's genes had other plans.
But wasn't it revealed as Mabel was talking in the first few chapters that the bitch cyclops was her biological father? Or was it an error on marbles memory of her past life?

Sophia could have perhaps came up with a solution that proved Mabel was their daughter. Knowing just how evil and desperate she is, I wouldn't put it passed her to further trick the Duke into believing the child that died was his to begin with.
Of course, we can go with theory somewhere along the way while the Grand Duke and Sophia were working on a cure, some of his alchemy and DNA slipped in which made Mabel's appearance strongly favorable to his genes.
He took it out on a kid. And there is no proof that she is not his kid because his infertility is also something that is open to change within a fantasy plot like this. And we actually had a revelation like that long before you brought up this idea. So the only one I have issue with is the biological father, obviously....

Cyclops is NOT the father. The Grand Duke is but he has no idea even though the features are glaringly obvious.
I find interesting no one is talking about how we got a segment of the original Titania and the current Titania are actually the same person. The current Titania only knows this world is a novel because she believes she is a 21st century woman that died and entered said novel. However, we got a glimpse that may not be the case. It's as if something is blocking that memory from surfacing so she only knows the world as the novel. She is both a reincarnated being and regressor. Plus, notice how the God-like being said she would return to her original world at the age she died, so around 17-20 and then regressed to be 12-15ish years old.

Wait but I’m pretty sure someone posted a spoiler somewhere in this comment section that this person is right, so this is her third life. She got the bad ending as Titania in her first life, was reincarnated into Korea with loving parents, then died and ended up here as Titania again as her third life, right? She just doesn’t remember her first life.
I even saw it in the spoiler, it mentions it there to and I only looked after i read the manhwa through the latest update. The God-like being erased that death so perhaps meaning, she herself won't remember it at all and knows of it through the "novel"
The god-like being basically said they would send to a different where she can be raised by loving parents and return to her world when she reaches the age she died the first time.
