They're not actually related. It's some weird reincarnation of two tragic lovers/ mom made a deal with the devil to save her one baby but the devil puts a second baby in there that is half demon.
It was a crazy plot. Interesting read at least

Trying to remember it off the top of my head but I'm about 90% sure it's called Lady Devil??
I will say it covers many dark themes and can be a tough read, BUT I heavily enjoyed it and thought it was a fresh kind of story.
Omg the art is so unique that it literally unlocked a part of my memory… the artist also had another series if im not mistaken, the story was quite disturbing tho. It was about devil twins whom were inlove with each other?? I think one of the twin was a spawn of devil another one was just normal so they justified their relationship like that crazyyyy the art is beautiful ngl
