outside of work mc is often hooking up with guys and on dating apps but cannot find love (while also being a judgmental ass who judges and rates his own hookups)

atleast up till he meets the ml who’s one of his own co workers but also his polar opposite with the two going on a business trip together that results in them sleeping together and making a deal that they can keep fooling around as long as mc doesn’t fall for ml

there’s the 8 short episodes of the anime adaptation that basically is just the first little half of the manga retold with minor changes while still including the sex scenes (uncensored version is best alongside the dub imo) alongside the very recent live action adaptation
