First few chapters hooked me easily but then it just went psshhhhhh. I know there's only room for expectations with fictional stories but I would've appreciated it if characters stick true to their experiences. Does it make sense for the fl to suddenly be so knowledgeable about everything just because she read tons of old outdated books? I know she was taught by her mom too but she did also lived majority of her life in the monastery and only came down a bunch of times. I would've excused her being really in the know about the basics of trade markets, pricing, etc. but she literally didn't even know a thing or two about ml's hometown but then all of a sudden she knows all the right and wrongs when given a bunch of receipts. Lololol im complaining too much for someone who just reads but that's essentially why i dropped it a bit early.
