Like I said im quite confused cuz I just read the spoilers from the comments some say the fl s/a the male lead into having an heir with him some say something else, all I can say the story became more worst for both ml and fl since her first born would be stillborn meaning the baby dies in the womb, which FL suffers a lot and then so many shitty things happen to her ( the poor girl can't catch a break ) like the king telling the ml to leave her, and the story ends with fl dying at the end, IDK MAN IM CONFUSED some say she's dead some say she's supposed dead meaning she ain't

Oh yeah and her mom abandons her, more fuel to the fire oh shit I forgot to mention the former empress the twin's mom manipulated the ml to protect her kids, all I know she was terrible person in the ml's perspective
I read up to ch 240 and she didnt s/a him. She demanded to have a heir bc she was basically gashlighted by her mother, but ml AGREED. Even asked her to comeback in his bedchamber the next day. Funfact the ml cant keep his hands off her later on haha.
But yeah shes dead. Both characters are honestly miserable. She treated him rudely, basically blamed ml for everthing but halfway story we didnt get her pov and suddenly shes just dead. And the fact that shes dead bc ml went protecting the crown prince while his wife was getting ambushed... (︶︿︶)＝凸

Tbh I wanted to drop this at chapter 9 cuz I was getting pretty irritated cuz all the characters were pissing me off, well expect the fl, but I kept reading and now I regret why I kept reading cuz now I'm feeling so impatient I want more of this manhwa, I was expecting maybe there's a scene that will satisfy my anger but nothing, I mean FL is making it more worse like throwing more fuel to fire whenever she acts up but well I can't hate her, more importantly I dislike the ml he's so shitty I srsly hate him, I can go the whole day just expressing how much I deeply hate him, the fl doesn't deserve him
