need help finding again (MANGA)

it's a manga but i'm not sure if it's tagged as shounen ai? there were two friends (college students i think?) who came across a kid and his little brother who both escaped from their home because they were being abused. they wanted to bring the children to the police but the children reacted negatively to that so they decided to try to get in touch with a childcare service which took them a few days to finally get through.

additional stuff i remember :
one of the guys was also a child of abuse and he showed his scar/marks to the elder kid and the kids decide to trust him with showers/hygiene stuff. same guy also likes his friend and throughout the story, that friend kept getting interrupted whenever he was gonna talk to the guy who likes him.

the translation was not complete yet and it left on kinda a sad cliffhanger but yeah :')
