It's possible she releases it with the start of the manhwa adaption or when she finishes "Deflower me if you can", which is currently still running.
Iirc it should include marriage, pregnancy (most think that they will have 3 children, based on something the author wrote in X), and Grayson will finally see the "butterfly" and will name it.lol
But I think we will also see more of the other Millers too, since Grayson's is chronologically the last story of the series.

Just finished the novel, and I must say, I love them so much; their dynamic is sooo good and funny as hell. The only complaint is that it wasn't enough, like their real story is just beginning. I want to see the reactions of people around them, especially on Dane's side, that the last person they expected he'd end up with will be Greyson.
