These parameters you people use to read fiction are so rooted in your need for real life representation. Jerome might have been a good kid, but he was a dangerous one. And he was out of control, he was hurting himself and he was a dangerous weapon against others too. They just made the decision they had to make. This is not a heroes story we’re they all go above and beyond to save just one person and endanger thousands bc of that. He had to die. It was the obvious course of action for the reality they’re living in.

I still dont get it, why need to kill jerome? Isn't he innocent? Like (by my understanding as now) didnt he get kidnapped by Maria and the gang?
