So she gets her maid in trouble because someone will surely try to blame her maid instead. Yeah that's so much better. The one who is being tormented doesn't need to do anything. The ones who tormented (including the ML) need to be better than shit.
apparently its because she was scared of the duke. doesnt know what to say so she just blurts it out. doesnt make sense ik. but much ch later its resolved quickly and doesnt damage their relationship
Meh...stopped reading when she lied about the gift. Like, she doesnt even know what happened to it (or that he even got her a gift), why would she cause such a misunderstanding???
