Also it can also be said that, Jaekyung needs to accept his feelings and express them too! Like he needs to understand that he wants Kim dan in his life he needs to show it and say it out loud! Kim dan is not a telepathy who will understand what Jaekyung wants. And I understand Kim dan because last time when this hamster showed his feelings he got rejected, so it's time for Jaekyung to tell and understand his one feelings! (=・ω・=)
I agree, both of them need to talk each other, sort out their misunderstandings, overcome their trauma and become good friends who'll help out each other, and for god sakes, please let this story not be a cliche where Jerkyung confesses to Dan and is all like "sorry, i will treat ypu better, be with me, i love you" bs, but im pretty confident thats how this story would go

I feel like grandma's gonna be the wing bearer here or maybe Heesung or someone from the side characters. But I'm pretty sure grandma will be saying "you should go and live your life, danny boy" and then our danny boy will be going to that same sea spot and contemplating his decisions and here comes Jaekyung to the village after having decided that he definitely wants kim dan in his life and can't live without him and then they're gonna confess under the moonlight and then muah muah muah (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
AHH HELL NO!! I certainly dont want Kim Dan to get together with that jerkward jerkyung "Boohoo i was poor and orphan and people doubted me, i rose and people started using me and i have this peculiar routine and i used and abused you but i also paid off your debt and helped your granny and felt soooo bad for what i done to you, i wanna be your bf" Pretty sure the story would pan out in some way you just told
I really liked this current chapter, its non chalant yet great. I very much prefer for them to part in this way and then later on, meet up in a better circumstances and sort out their issues and become good acquiantences.
BUT, we all know thats not how things would pan out, they'll defenitely give into the audience pressure of reuniting them. Possibly by using Dan's grandma's death, where Dan would have to handle the funeral all alone after learning about her death, here comes the savior, Jerkyung!! Who'll arrange the funeral and help take care of issues and Dan would weep on his shoulders and cue the Dan's past and talking and Jerkyung asking forgiveness and starting a relationship.....
Even if the story uses grandma's death as another reunifier, I still prefer both of them rather become good acquaintences, perhaps Dan settling in that town and working there as hospice physiotherapist and becoming visting physiotherapist for the gym and all that. For me, the relationship is far too much damaged for them to get romantically involced, but still redeemable enough for them to remain as friends
