Ouroboros has a LOT of tw but the story is so good! but really gut wrenching. Love Sick Dog has it's angst and their loveeee is cheff kiss
I recommend reading both. Love Sick Dog is beautiful. Ouroboros isn't for everyone; it deals with abuse, rape, kidnapping, and shows how all of that affects a person in reality. It talks a lot about depression, all within a realistic context.

Seconding what didisaur said. This is one of my favorite authors of all time but the content can be gut-wrenching. I would say they aren’t necessarily love stories in the traditional sense, more so explorations of characters, dynamics, and trauma — especially Ouroboros.
Important note for Ouroboros (minor spoiler but it’s pretty early on in the story) — it’s implied the MC is somewhere on the aromantic spectrum, and his relationships are more sexual+queerplatonic than romantic.
That's good, I do long for stories with substance, instead of the same regular plot being repeated over and over again. Something that can be related too.
