I'd say just upload it if you want, since Hazam is currently on hiatus they wont be uploading any chapters to any story anytime soon. (they announcing in their discord at the end of January that the team will be taking a long break due to personal reasons)
They have translated the last chapter and it's up on VyManga. Do you think they'd be upset if I just upload it here?
I think it'd probably be fine just make sure to include the scan groups credit page, tbh I've seen other people upload Hazamas scans here before + if it's on VyManga there's a big chance that the group themselves didn't upload it there aswell since they only upload to mangadex and their groups website.
