Most of Zig’s stories ending are rushed. Like in Kiss My Grit the ML jumped out of the window and like Stockholm syndrome he just went back to his manipulator and the person who forcef him to mutate to an omega.
In kiss me stranger same thing happened. After he decided to leave his abusive husband who abused him all because he couldn’t remember and recognized that he is married to him the worst part is his husband gave him to other alphas to gang raped him. So after he realized that his husband will never going to remember him he left together with Steward who helped him. And his husband suddenly regained him memories went after him and said sorry and because he still loves his husband after all the physical, emotional, verbal and sexual abused he had done to him he forgive and accepted him.
If it wasn’t enough Run Away if you can ending gave me a whole lot to get disappointed about.
Oh wow.
I wonder how the manwha will go then to following the novel full on. Also though just like women, infertile you can still get pregnant I wish authors knew the difference so it didn't confuse readers. Infertile just means it's harder to get pregnant, sterile means you can't h indefinitely have anymore kids.
I already read everything and currently reading Zig’s latest which is Deflower Me If You Can.
If you want I can list you Zig’s novel that is highly recommended to read.
1. Is Lick Me Up If You Can - This is the story of Ashley Dominic Miller and Connor (KOI) Niles: They are the parents of all 6 Miller siblings. Chase Miller and Greyson Miller parents. Dang this is my favorite of all. This is like against all odds story. It started when they were really young like 11th grader. Their love story is the reason why 4 out of 6 of their children are obsessed with destined and true love. I mean their Extreme Alpha Father fought for their Extreme Omega Mother even thiough they thought that he is a Beta and extremely poor. This is the reason why their grandfather tried to break them apart. But they ended up together, got married and have 6 children. This is probably the only Omegaverse I have read where the Alpha got angry at his omega and the revenge he thought was instead of hurting his omega he hurt himself because he can’t possibly hurt the very person he loves even when he’s mad at him (They got separated, they where about to eloped but he didn’t go to their meet up place.) So 10 years later the Omega (Well they thought he’s Beta back then) went to where he is to chase and get his alpha back (Yes we have an omega chasing his alpha here) Anyways this is definitely worth the read. Highly recommended.
2. Desire Me IF You Can: This is the story of one of the 6 children that Ashley and Koi have (Refer ot the 1st story I recommended) Dang this gave so much depth. Super highly recommended.
3. Kiss Me If You Can: We all know this, this is Chase Miller Story. Again one of the children of Ashley and Koi.
4. Deflower Me If You Can: OMG This one is hilarious hahahah This is Bliss’ story the youngest out of 6 children of Ashley and Koi. It is a must read but since it is still on going I’m going to put it in 4th place of my recommendation but with its pace I’ll probably move it up after the story is finished hahahha
The rest of Zig’s story are toxic.
What a good extensive review list! This is some ball knowledge Haha
Maybe you convinced me not to give up on Kiss Me universe !
Where do you read all these stories? It’s hard finding novels that are not behind pay walls . I’m going to read your first recommendation - lick me up if you can - and then I’ll see if Zig has redeemed themselves to me haha
Much appreciated, we’ll keep in touch! It’s nice finding someone who read everything

My two cents -

The angst and the heartbreak were for the majority of the book. I read for free up until chapter 186 and then I decided to sacrifice €8 to unlock some other chapters. But my stupid ass realised I can just translate the Spanish version to English and that would be fine too. I was so determined to see how the story ends.
To be honest, the reveal that Yujin was telling the truth the entire time could be summarise like this
ML - “ you were telling the truth the entire time”
Yujin - “ that’s what I’ve been telling you the entire time”
The reveal felt very anticlimactic.
I was expecting huge regret and chasing arc, don’t get me wrong, the ML suffered but not enough for my liking.
Worst part. The entire story Yujin was infertile, and then suddenly he became pregnant. For no apparent reason. There was no explanation. A doctor literally told him that he will never be able to have children again and magically he does.
ML tried to take the way easy way out by trying to kill himself from guilt. Which is funny, because it’s literally running away. He didn’t apologise, he didn’t ask for forgiveness he just sent Yujin and the child away and tried to die alone.
Yujin was determined to leave ML after the one year contract expires, but due to the ML suicide attempt , Yujin how to reason with him not to go through with it by Promising him to be together with ML. So they didn’t really talk, they didn’t rekindle their relationship. So it felt like ML guilt tripped them back into a relationship.
In the end, I felt like it ended too sunshine and rainbows — a traumatic event happened, ML tried to kill himself but then Yujin saved him, but then his mother shot ML and herself. The next scene is Yujin giving birth. And that’s how it ends. For me it felt empty because there was so much emotional buildup that it came short in the end.
Yujin expressively said that he will leave ML and wasn’t considering to stay with ML, but one traumatic event and suddenly everything turns great for ML without him admitting to his wrong doing much. Of course he apologises and expresses regret, but that’s more his internal monologue.
Anyways, those were my two cents. I spent four days reading the book. I don’t regret it, but I wished for much more………..
