- The main story is okay but nothing to write home about. It's the usual story of MC who is not favored by his father compared to his half brother. MC becomes steonger along the way...there are a few twists along the way.
- The current chapters feel like the author is milking the story to the nth degree by introducing a timeskip and the new main characters are the children of MC and others.
- Yes there is harem, the kids of MC are from different women. I wasn't expecting him to end up with multiple women since he saw his mom struggle and he himself experienced that...but here we are and people are building factions to support one kid over the other.
Personally, I would have chosen not to read this if I knew how it was going to turn out
