The art was gorgeous from start to finish, so that's a definite plus. Story-wise though, it started out so strong, and I thought things would continue in a more angsty direction, but starting from the second season, the story seemed to deviate from what was planned. I get the feeling more than two seasons were intended, but it got scrapped and had to end in two because too many readers complained about the ML. I remember how they're all up in arms about him ending up with the FL even though he killed her multiple times. But the story was not only well aware of that, I'd argue that the two coming to terms with it was the whole point. Since those readers were so reactive, we could have had a much better story but didn't. Like another commenter said, the ML's personality became flat at some point, perhaps to overcompensate for the hate he got with his original character design.
Anyway, I'd love to see more from this artist, they're so good!
