not sure if we saw the same tiktoks but those posts I saw didn't really have sites that look similar to bato at all to me. there were many things abt bato that made it different from the other sites, but I think bato clearly differentiating versions/uploaders for single series was something that no other site has been able to implement.
comix has something similar but it still mixes up official version vs fan translation.
kagane is in beta rn so the reading experience is really fussy. mgg has better reading/scrolling experience
