Sadly I doubt. This manga was created to promote and romanticise rape. That's why this story will never get a happy ending.
Leon most likely will end up with Stockholm syndrome and get pregnant dozens of times, thinking he is happy and all, but his body will be tuned into a free whore with brain turned into pudding.
