I'm confused with your reply. Nowhere in the story was it implied that he was a psychopath, but is more so just someone a bit emotionally stunted (but can still feel things although a bit slower than others). Where did the manipulating part come from?
I don't remember what it was all about, I don't even remember if I finished the story. Maybe they'll diagnose him better later lol, but the guy was indifferent to other people's feelings and acted cruelly. If he wanted something from them, get your act together.
the seme it must be the least prolific psychopath in history; at his age he should have already learned to manipulate and understand other people's feelings (he doesn't need to "feel" them) in order to take advantage of them. This one makes no sense
