Yeah, I get what you mean tbh (the parental to sexual dynamic is controversial and within fiction even, can be questionable), but in this story at least, the MC acknowledges it's weird to have this sexual relationship and these feelings towards the ML he raised as a kid, but he still gives in at the end of the day. (I still haven't reached the part you mentioned with the child photos; that's nasty, indeed, a minus star for that alone lol)
I'm trying to just convince myself the MC is suffering cause he's down bad and since he's a hybrid, matures at a different level and experiences different needs than a regular person, and the safe person to explore that with is his guardian... But it's still overall a rather taboo dynamic. I'd say I've seen much worse. At least they're not related and the daddy bottom isn't the one who pushed and initiated the sexual relationship to begin with.
