Obvs both the top and bottom (can’t be fucked to remember their names) are bad ppl.
Top is horrible to bottom, bottom was horrible in his past (raped the top while they were in high school). IRL they would both be huge black flags (yes, the bottom too. Even if he wasn’t raping anymore he was incredibly violent).
But luckily for us, this isn’t IRL. This is fiction. I like the story. Art is amazing, sex scenes are unfortunately very hot (even non-con ones). I’ve read the novel and they both end up more or less codependent on each other and in a relationship by the end. It’s disturbing, but interesting and hot in its own way.
All in all, I wouldn’t recommend to ppl faint of heart. There’s a reason black flag MLs sell so well though.
