    I thought that too, but SR already felt bad for JO and developed feelings for him, so at best it was gonna be a love triangle and end in JO's favor due to him and SR spending a lot of time together.

    Yeah, a big thing I found annoying with the series is that the antagonists are kinda dumb; someone told me that JO and SR kept winning because they were always underestimated, which is SO frustrating and repetitive.
