Its noah the silver beastman. In the earlier chapters, he said mona is his child. But I guess with the beastfolk culture and the mom being the chief, they dont really show the relationship between mother and father.

I think it's Noah bc at some point the leader says to Noah "Our child has escaped again" but idk if she really means their child as they are the parents or their child as in a child of their tribe and he's supposed to look after her as a bodyguard
