Sulking isn't good but it's apparently the only thing that actually gets through to her.
He's been doing that a few times and he has yet to reach her completely. He seriously needs more digging regarding the situation and not to confront her with some shallow emotional approach.
True. Although the FL is also a typical one who is completely focused inward and the plot wall on her emotions until the MLs emotions are raked through the coals enough
Yeah. Approach should've been political and not emotional but here we are. I just hope this will not go in circles in later chaps.
Oh it will. I've noticed that these stories are primarily about the FLs self-actualization (which isn't real it's more just "everything finally goes my way in the end") and about participating in the lead's feelings. The plot, setting, struggle, relationships, and character development if it exists is only there to get you to feel things, rather than the empathy being a driver for the overall story and art.

ML seems to be getting the idea that FL doesnt trust him and he's sulked a few times because of that. Of course girlie wouldn't when she first arrived, all odds were against her, the villagers, his staff and even that prick knight, her reputation etc. She understands she has to double her work but on his part, he has yet to do anything that fully supports her cause in his dukedom. They have yet to reach the middle ground and communication is definitely needed but with this pace, they're going nowhere. Him sulking doesn't help. FL is going somewhere but ML needs to step up
