Omgg I thought that too in my first read but I realized remilia loves emu in a family soulmate type of way and that angel genuinely loving the perfect version of remilia as just remilia resonated with her as she’s trying to live out that version in earnest. Which led to her, in the only time of the entire manga, hav genuine affection towards someone as remilia and not the perfect version (づ￣ ³￣)づ
So basically, you're telling me Emi is basically Remi's only reason to live but she still decided to marry angel and have kids with him anyways cuz he's the only one that see her "emi's Remi" part??? Like what. I don't understand, to me, they're 100% lesbian so wtf with Emi becoming her child????
