I usually read BL omegaverse so I can only rec you that, no idea about straight omegaverse. Yuri omegaverse is rare to come by so I haven't read a lot over there either tbh. Anyhoo. i think depending on what you are looking to read about omegaverse, there can be two types of works in the subgenre.

one, romance-oriented and light-hearted. good to start would be:

Unromantic
Megumi and tsugumi

two, the slightly more serious and intense side of omegaverse with nuance, satire and commentary about the socio-politics of gender in omegaverse. like these:

You should DEFINITELY read "An Unsettling Scent" then, it's my favorite awful toxic omegaverse BL manhwa. It's basically "a wolf in sheep's clothing" x "a sheep in wolf's clothing"
