The only possible thing I can think of is non-con, but even then, there must be some sort of discussion about hard limits or a safe word if it gets too intense
Afaik that play is within bounds. There's a reason it's a "play". They know it ain't true but the rush of doing that, that feels like it's not a non-con is exciting to some.
