What i saw is that the seme turned the uke into omega without the uke knowing.
(Spoiler) As far as i know, the alpha is special as he can turn beta to omega. So the alpha turns him secretly to omega, then when he found he’s now an omega he left him by anger

I feel like the fact that the uke can smell only the seme’s pheromones means they might be fated mates or something. Are they??? Can someone spoile it for me is uke really an omega or some special case
