i agree with the cutting off point, diana has the right to choose who she wants there, standing next to her
personally i’ve never thought of her as a villainess per se, i think she’s more of an antagonist who puts her own interests first and that’s okay
what sucks is that she didnt actually choose, did she? she picked helious for her own benefit but loved the fact that cael was there pining for her, then she couldn’t stand the fact that he moved on - i think that’s when she started to lose all reasoning and fuck up badly

I personally think Dianna wasn’t as bad as people perceive her to be??? I don’t see anything wrong with her having options and choosing one of those options. Yes, indeed, she was harsh when she confronted Cael. However, I don’t think it was wrong for her to cut ties with people who do not have the same belief (?) as she does. Dianna IS a selfish beach but reallyyy it’s not wrong to reject someone AND cut ppl off your life if there are differences u both cannot meet halfway.
I think the author really did Diana’s character so bad but in reality, what Diana did is understandable. I am not protecting Diana whatsoever but it is annoying to see the MC blame everything on Diana when in fact the ML is a grown man who can make decisions for himself???
Overall, this is still a good read, a 7/10 for meeee
