it kinda does it’s own thing with a few noticeable changes like the anime did while still clearly respecting the original material to a certain degree
it has 10 short episodes but I’ve heard the hotel scene aka when they get down and dirty for the first time is laughable and not very good unfortunately
otherwise I would say if you’re into drama’s? give it a fair chance
It;s great for me. The casting nailed the 2 mains so well....honestly I feel like I am looking at Kaji and Fukami literally! As for the manga being very smut heavy the NC scenes are good and plentiful but they lack, like real positioning and stuff lol but it is ok since the story literally is killing it. I'm a fan of it so far. Ep 7 just finished and I smiled all thru it!
