Review: This was an okay read to pass the time. The story and character development were fine, except toward the end since it felt rushed. There was also a lot of missing information, and the story felt more modern than historical because the author immediately applied modern ways of solving problems instead of the usual methods nobles would use in that setting.
The FL was close to an ideal type. She was beautiful, courageous, and intelligent. The only flaw was that there were moments when she acted uncharacteristically, which did not really fit her personality. The ML was unexpectedly a green flag and not a yandere at all. I honestly expected him to be one because of the rumors surrounding him, but he turned out to be handsome, wise, and surprisingly grounded. I also appreciated that he was not the usual overpowered ML, which made him feel more human and realistic.
The side characters and antagonists were mostly okay. I say mostly because I did not really like how one of the antagonists’ endings was handled. As for the art, it was very pretty, and I especially loved the outfits.
Overall, this was an okay read to pass the time. If the author had addressed the missing details, like what happened, why things happened, and when they happened, this could have been much more popular.
