As if it wasnt enough that he's dating ellie, he gets to be in contact with the toxic ex again. What's the point when she already proved earlier that she's toxic waste. I get that she's inviting him to the wedding and even that was sent to him cuz he's a high profile CEO now, but it's clear that she might have wanted to get back with him if he ever did told her he was the CEO, with her gold-miner senses (digging isnt enuff).
If it wasnt for these two horrible subplots, this storycan easily be 5/5. Author ought to remove romance related the next time they create a new story.
