Do you speak these languages or are you at least conversational? If not, it would be better to practice first until you are fluent before translating. Sometimes, translating using translation software or AI just for the sake of 'translating' when you don't know anything about the language ruins the essence of a story and puts off a lot of readers. There are nuances that a real speaker knows that a person who knows nothing about the language can't even begin to grasp. There's no shortage of fluent translators out there so I kindly suggest to familiarise yourself with the language first before trying! (●'◡'●)
If you're trying to get into scanlstion as a whole id suggest joining the scanner usage school discord the link to join is in the scanlstionschool sub reddit, not only is it a great place to learn and ask questions but they have some good tutorials and people are very helpful. Though I do agree with the above comment that if you're goal role is to translate its best to have at leave some level of fluency in the language you are looking to translate from.

Hi! This is not related to reading, but I would like to try translating manga/manhwa/manhua. However, I don’t have any experience or expertise in the Japanese/Korean/Chinese languages yet. I just want to give it a try. I’ve also been trying to find the Gmail accounts of groups looking for scan translators.
