One moment the MC is so upset he's not eating and the next it's as if nothing had ever happened. The author is not doing a good job at making a consistent character. He hates that he's trapped and confined as a whore but also seems happy and perfectly fine.
The ML just could not be more of a moron. I thought he's supposed to be smart? Yet that is literally never shown. We just see his ability to see different colored shade around people. I mean, is he actually smart? The man knows he will die without his rainwater. He was like, "Meh, guess I'll just die since I'll probably never find it." Man was racing to his deathbed. Then he finds his rainwater, the only person who can save his life, and what does he say?!??!!?! "Provide me with a service worth $6000" WHAT?! IS YOUR OWN **LIFE** NOT WORTH EVEN THAT MUCH?!
