As far as the story is now, there is no info on 1st ML being a playboy. But if you've read the story, then it's evident that he is lovesick for his hyungnim and is just pretending to be a whore.
That woman talks as if she already sleep w him before,that's why i could get into the first couple,i can't stand overly pure/innocent/virgin bott paired w semes who already got experience(i'm just particulaly fed up w this trope)for me it's either both virgins or both experienced,that's why i'm reading for second couple(〜￣△￣)〜
