Only Tang Mo can steal/copy other people’s abilities since it’s his ability. As for the skill book, I’m guessing it’s the book that stores the stolen abilities? If it was then the book is part of his ability and only tang mo has it

U dont really understand tang mo ability I get that he copies other but is that only him or everyone can steel abilities also does everyone have skill book like him?
