The novel is f'ed up but I finished this manga in MTL too (I had to download every panel and let google translate it) and I can say it did end well for everyone, tho the ending was quite abrupt? I think this only has 18 chapters total in manga. (￣∇￣")

Does the manga end up with ML dying? Or they changed it? Cuz in the novel he died saving someone when they're older and MC just waiting to die too
