Yes, the whole premise that the couple had a sex arraignment where the bottom, Dan, sells his body to the top, Jaekyung, in order to pay for an experimental drug to try to save his grandma who has late-stage cancer which wasn’t responding to chemo. His grandma is the only living relative he has left. Jaekyung as a jinx where he needs to sleep with someone the night before his MMA matches. Jaekyung is also Dan’s employer as Dan is his physiotherapist.
So some of the sessions, Jaekyung ignores Dan asking him stop and there is one instance Jaekyung didn’t ask for any kind of consent and brutalize Dan because Jaekyung was angry that day.
It’s no Painter of the Night but it can get intense and I don’t recommend it to people who can’t stomach noncon or dubcon.

the first time i heard of kendric lamar "all the stars" , being high with euphoric feeling of discovering this song like any normal human i would loop this song again and again then i discover painter of the night, so while looping this song i read the manhwa but what i didnt know is my mental state wasnt prepared for this story now everytime i heard all the stars that manhwa flash before my eyes like vietnamese flash back, and i believe this is my one and only original experience
