For mangas, i don't know, but i feel that would be unfair to say this for Manhwas and Manhuas as this year there was very good ones ! _ like Reunion, Semantic Error, No Moral, Lost in the Cloud season 2, they have a good plot and character depth + relationship development i think they are worth celebrating !!
