Sorry I wasn't clear but I've described it twice in my questions already and no one has any idea but here I go again

The younger seme was friends with the uke's younger brother and saw him as a teenager and fell in love. Then he got into the same college as him and started following the uske around? And the seme was kind of gloomy to others but the uke really liked how the seme was clingy and needy to him even before dating.
