Even in the novel, ML is a baaaddd guy. He was written as a villain and MC knew that his ahh will lose any right as soon he busted. Yes, he is letting it slide. Am I defending ML? What is there to defend when the novel already reveal how the story goes?
The only person I will not defend no matter how much you pay me is MC. He knew, he asked for it. I rather be the lawyer opposed to him. I will win big money cuz bro literally know how ML is, violent and ML literally have dungeon down in the basement (if i remember it correctly..). I could buy an apartment in Gangnam and in Jeju Island with those big money.
