Im pretty sure its not ai they use a combination of patterns and 3d assets. To say that its ai I feel is a big disrespect to the artist whose literally suffering a back pain to draw.

Its pretty common knowledge that manhwa artist use 3d assets and pre made patterns to draw faster. Thats why nobody assumes its ai most readers just know it. I for one use it myself in clip studio paint

Most readers... mmm! I didn't know nor it mattered. What rendered my curiosity was people getting angry about it being AI art. Even if it was AI, I didn't find anything wrong with it, coz still effort was made! And, if technology advances, it's only smart to use so.

I disagree as an artist ai "art" is not an artwork and shouldn't even exist or be used as the data that ai uses are all stolen from actual artist works without permission. Furthermore in the US supreme court ai "art" cant even be copyrighted because its not original works. You should care if its generated by ai because its stolen art.
