From what I understand, when he tries to illustrate humans, rather than producing the concept of the human person he's drawing he ends up creating a recreation of their physical form without the inner workings outside of the stuff that keeps the body looking the way it is.
So if you wanna split hairs it's at best just a bit iffy but since the penis doesn't fall into the category of dead body by virtue of being perpetually kept "alive" by the magic that jio used to create it, it's not really necrophilia (if it WERE to end up rotting though that would be necrophilia yes)
