They’re kind of in the same boat then, well different boat maybe but staring at each other. And to be honest… I haven’t properly read Chowon’s side story. Abandonment alone is bad enough to hate anyone, just cause someone else might’ve been worse doesnt make Hyesung’s history less traumatic. Hyesung’s mother is living a good life with Dojin’s help, that’s a lot of support. I don’t remember what happened to Hyesung’s dad but hopefully dead.

Yes yes, Hyesung’s mom gets the top luxurious suite of the same boat because she has more nuanced reason/story, whereas Chowon’s mother just grew up rich and spoilt or something (I just remember Chowon is a rich brat, so I’m assuming his mom taught him that idk).
Yep!! Hyesung’s mom just had it easy after the shit she pulled when she met her son after seeing him on tv. Son in law fucking buys her a mansion and supports her coz her alpha wife dumped her ass for her lies! And somehow we must feel sorry for her? Please! But her Chowon’s mom just grew up like, rich arrogant controlling alpha and she raised a brat lol
