Excalty they got cast aside. Like they're not even worth being mentioned in their own story. The fact that they started off as the main character until they got kicked as side characters (╯°Д °)╯╧╧

It's so fucking sad how they're now comedic relief and the main story got lost about 200 chapters ago. :(
Kinda soft dropped this because of that and I only speed scroll through the chapter if there's any changes or chapters with jianyi and Xixi. I mainly skip HeMo because I'm honestly disappointed.
I hoped and hoped, but wtf... We get super solid moments of HeTian and Mo being official boyfriends and even fade to black sex scenes, but Old Xian hasn't made any official progress with Jianyi and Xixi in years. They're just cute friends with a bromance. They haven't talked about their feelings in 200 ~ chapters.
Nothing has been mentioned about the old plot with Jianyi running away for years and the story about him and his mom.
It's kinda disappointing, but I totally agree with you. They have feelings for eo, but why the hell they wouldn't accept their feelings even after growing up??!! I too hoped and hoped in every chap, but there's zero progress... Like you can't tag their feelings as a bromance... And if this really IS bromance, then I'm afraid romance doesn't exist in this world
Excalty and the fact that in the beginning of there story there was a lot going on too like the mess between his mom and dad and why his dad was not home and stuff like that. I needed more of that and more of them talk g about there relationship and all but it got completely diverted from that and I've been waiting for years now yet nothing. Disappointed in the author for doing this seriously
What about Xixi and Jainyi?? Are they still friend?? Yi have feelings for Xi, but what about Xixi?? I need more of them
