The art is great but I see a lot of mixed reviews. Is this worth the read?

the art is stunning but ut has issues with romanticized incest, grooming and rapes (none of these are handled satisfactorily)

I like the "political" plot, its interesting. I just have to take a shower to get rid off the gross feeling every time there's an update (￣∇￣")
