She does reject them by always mentioning how they are her good friends but those idiots just doesn’t try to understand and push their feelings onto her.

I feel like Cass knows their feelings but she doesn't view them that in a romantic way, and I think one of the reasons is because she has this sense of inferiority that she isn't someone who deserves this, which we could see from how she describes Aria as someone who should live like a flower while herself as a sewer rat. Tbh Cass should reject them straight if she doesn't want to date but shes too “kind” :/
