I couldn’t agree more, jaekyung was abusive like 500 chapters ago and for the past few chapters he has been reflecting and has been telling himself that he was an ass to Doc Dan. Now he’s on his knees crying, apologizing and admitting that he doesn’t deserve him. I think some of them wants him to shoot his head or sumn, tiringggg
To be honest i just wanted kim dan to stand up for himself more like atleast be stubborn and tell jaekyung to think about it instead of directly giving up just because jae cried. Im not hating on this manhwa or anything but just saying maybe thats what people meant? Cause i know now probably in the next chapter jae is gonna give kim dan the ring and kim dan just gonna accept it like he always do and like forget everything and move on. Kim dan had always been a doormat for people and especially jaekyung.

Kim Dan already did that. He quit being his therapist. He went through his alcoholic phase. He completely brushed Jaekyung off even though he was chasing after him. He slapped Jaekyung's hand away. Even when Jaekyung started acting nice just to keep the sleepwalking under control, Dan turned him down over and over. He said he honestly couldn't picture Jaekyung ever caring about him. Right now, Dan just got out of the hospital and he's finally being real—he’s always loved Jaekyung, he was just too insecure to think they actually had a future together. Now Jaekyung is confirming his feelings, admitting how lonely he is without Dan, and showing he’s been looking out for him this whole time. So what? People seriously expect Dan—a character who has always been soft-hearted and just wants to be loved—to push him away and leave him miserable on the floor? Let Dan have his peace and his own personality. They pushed aside their egos, because they already went through the angst, the distance, and the loneliness. Both of them just want to be together now.
Omg thank you! Exactly my sentiments, they like to act like Doc Dan is a pushover when the entire point of him being Jaekyungs therapist again was so he can be free of him. He’s been standing up for himself for a long time now.
