This was like friggin beautiful and the plot twist of the birthday on the safe was crazy I was genuinely emoting like an idiot. But, somehow, their first life sort of still affects me. Sure, he's redeemed and changed (not really but he's trying), but his actions in his first life were all concious and aware until Huimin miscarriaged. It was only after that, did Iheon consciously realise how much he hurt Huimin. But like, he was doing that all along. How does it take a lost child to bring someone back to reality? All that grape couldn't have been madness alone? Actually, nothing ever really justifies grape. Nothing.
Nevertheless, some cases are complex. While I'm not totally on board with this one, I can admit it was a beautiful read and I'm cheering for the couple.
