It kind of depends. I'm a lesbian and manga doesn't really do it for me, actually quite the opposite, shockingly. You might have a better chance looking at a real woman's body or even porn. I also agree with the others. For me, checking porn did absolutely nothing (it's not healthy anyway) and i'm not interested in other women's bodies irl unless I develop some level of romantic attraction to the person first. Specific moments like hearing a voice I'm particularly attracted to excite me, but that's rare. I think manga or erotic novels aren't going to work unless you're in the mood or if there's a kind of intimacy that you resonate with being depicted. Good luck exploring!
